Store Supervisor

THE PIV CAFE INC. DBA HEYTEA opened its first Canadian location in The Crystal Mall at #1333 - 4500 Kingsway in Metrotown, Burnaby, BC. HEYTEA offers a wide range of high-quality tea beverages, including milk teas, fruit teas, and traditional teas, made from premium tea leaves and fresh ingredients. Our brand is known for its innovative and customizable menu, featuring signature drinks and various seasonal and limited-edition flavors. HEYTEA also provides specialty products such as cheese foam and unique flavor combinations that enhance the tea-drinking experience. As a growing company, we are seeking for a driven Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Establish work schedule and assign duties during shift
• Review sales figures and engage with management on suggestions to improve sales and decrease cost
• Lead and supervise the team on each shift and ensure that the company service standards are upheld
• Assist customers with queries, concerns or complaints
• Stock service areas with supplies such as teas, sugar, napkins etc.
• Manage stock levels and inventory with the Store Manager
• Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning as necessary
• Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met
• Prepare or maintain inventory or production record
• Assist with making drinks where necessary
• Provide support for store special events, as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

• College Diploma
• At least 1 year of service experience in a similar environment
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Working knowledge of beverage products, menu items, and equipment is preferred
• Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and operations is required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must have an outgoing personality and have a positive attitude
