Duties and responsibility:

• Assists the General Manager with the restaurant’s daily operations
• Hire and train new staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that the food, beverages and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain a positive composure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Perform the duties of employees supervised

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college diploma related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
• At least 2 years of experience in the food service industry supervisory role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
