Safeway Tire Depot was founded over seven years ago and is based in Delta, British
Columbia. With our knowledgeable and experienced staff members, we have been delivering
quality products with exemplary services across western Canada since then.
Our company specializes in offering a wide selection of tires, wheels, and car accessories,
tailoring our services to meet customer needs. We provide custom orders, specialty tires,
and a user-friendly online ordering system, all aimed at ensuring safety and customer
satisfaction. Additionally, we focus on offering competitive pricing and fostering reliable,
repeat customer relationships. Today, we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant
to join our team to provide diverse administrative support across all aspects of the
company's operations and departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage daily administrative procedures of the company to ensure the smooth
coordination across departments.
· Handle correspondence, emails, invoices, prepare and proofread reports,
presentations, marketing brochures and communication materials.
· Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone, providing general information
or directing them to appropriate contacts.
· Understand basic technical aspects of tires and rims to provide customers with
pertinent products and services offered.
· Schedule appointments for order deliveries or other services for customers.
· Coordinate with the delivery team and communicate with customers about service
status and follow-ups.
· Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure the office environment
is organized and functioned.
· Perform data entry and maintain electronic order system and customer database.
· Provide administrative support for sales team in transactions, promotional campaigns,
and after-sale customer follow-ups.
· Conduct other clerical duties such as arranging travel schedules and organizing and
recording company meetings and events.
· Providing support and supervision regarding officer procedures and operations.

Skills & Qualifications
· Completion of secondary school is required.
· One- or two-year program for administrative assistants or a relevant certificate is an asset.
· Minimum 1 year of clerical experience or equivalent educational credential
· Proficiency in office software
· Strong communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
· Experience with office procedures and customer service is preferred
