Job duties and Responsibilities: -

·         Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculating wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

·         Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

·         Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data, including hours worked, leave, benefits, and other payroll-related information.

·         Preparing and filing payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling year-end reporting such as W-2s and 1099s.

·         Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

·         Addressing and resolving employee questions and issues related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.

·         Maintaining and updating payroll systems and software, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

·         Generating and distributing various payroll reports for management, auditing purposes, and financial planning.

·         Conducting regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·         Providing training and support to employees on payroll-related matters and systems.

·         Develop and implement the payroll policies, procedures or processes.
